Imam al-Mahdi عجل الله فرجه

المَهْدِيّ

The twelfth Imam, the awaited one, the proof of Allah upon the earth — present, hidden, and remembered.

Who they are

Imam al-Mahdi عجل الله فرجه

Born in Samarra in 255 AH. He is the living Imam of every age that has come after, and of ours. The believer's heart waits for him not as legend but as relationship: greeting him in du'a, asking Allah to hasten his return, and loving the world he will bring.

What can they teach my heart today?

Hope as worship

Greet your Imam silently today: 'al-salamu ʿalayka ya Mawlay.' Pray two rakʿat for the hastening of his return.
